Baby Cribs, Bed Guards, and Strollers
These items are available upon request and are subject to availability. Due to limited quantities, we kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance by contacting the front desk.
Age Restrictions:
• Baby Crib: Available for children up to 12 months old
• Stroller: Available for children up to 36 months old
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a fitness center nor swimming pool.
An ice maker is located on the 11th floor.
For hot water, please use the electric kettle provided in the room.
Coin-laundry is available on the 11th floor. (washing : 5,000KRW / Drying : 5,00KRW / Detergent : 500 KRW)

The windows in the guest rooms cannot be opened.
Room temperature can be adjusted using the touch panel in the room.
Portable fans and heaters are also available upon request at the front desk.

Payment

Payment should be made at the front desk during check in.
If the room rate will be paid by someone other than the guest, payment must be received before check in.
Contact the hotel beforehand in such cases.

Payments by overseas bank transfers are not accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience.
A total of 15 countries' currencies, including USD, JPY, EUR, and CNY, can be exchanged for KRW.

Stay

Check in is available from 3:00 PM and check out is until 12:00 PM (noon).
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
If you wish to check in earlier, an additinal charge of KRW 22,000 per hour will apply from 1:00 PM.
However, if the hotel is fully booked, early check-in may not be available. Please contact the front desk in advance.
Our front desk is staffed 24hours a day. but if you expect to arrive after midnight (12:00 AM), please inform us in advance.
Regular check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon).
but extensions are available up to 2:00 PM, with a fee of KRW22,000 per hour per room.
Please contact the front desk in advance to arrange an extension.
Late check-out may not be possible if the hotel is fully booked.
Our hotel offers self-storage lockers that guests may use freely.
Please note : only same-day storage is free-after midnight(12:00AM), a fee of KRW22,000 per day will be charged.
If lockers are full, the front desk can assist with luggage storage-please inform a staff.
For bookings made through our official hotel website, cancellations are free until 2days prior to the check-in date.
After that, including in the event of a no-show or cancellation, fee of the booking amount will apply.

One child aged 12 or under may stay free of charge per room.
No additional child charges apply.
Please note : Amenities(bottle of water, towels etc) are provided based on the number of people in the room you reserved. (For children, is not included.)
And if your booking includes meals, children's meals may not be included.
For bookings made via external sites like (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc the hotel cannot modify or cancel them.
If you wish to change or cancel, please do so directly through the booking platform.

All guest rooms are non-smoking.
A separate smoking area can be found on the 11th floor lobby.
Although we cannot guarantee room availability due to a limited number of guest rooms, we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
Please indicate that you would like to reserve a room on an upper floor when making a reservation by phone or when using the hotel contact form.
Unfortunately, extra beds cannot be provided. If extra beds are required, we ask that you reserve additional rooms as needed.
Free Wi-Fi and wired LAN are available in all rooms. PCs are not provided, please bring your own device.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not include connecting rooms.
Guest luggage sent to the hotel in advance will be kept until the guest arrives.
When sending luggage to the hotel, please specify the guest name (reservation name), check-in date, and contact information on the delivery slip to ensure services can be provided smoothly.
