Room

The windows in guest rooms cannot be opened.
Air conditioning and heating can be adjusted using the operation panel in the room.
Bathtubs are available in the bathroom.
The bathroom toilet includes bidet functions.
Guest rooms include both 110-volt and 220-volt electrical outlets. The outlets also accept USB (2.0 and 3.0) cables.

Breakfast is offered at restaurant “Bonsalute” on the 11th floor. Prices are as follows. Adults: 16,500 won (tax incl.) / Children (4 to 12 years old): 11,000 won (tax incl.) / Infants (3 and under): Free

Payment

Payment should be made at the front desk during check in.
If the room rate will be paid by someone other than the guest, payment must be received before check in.
Contact the hotel beforehand in such cases.

To cancel a reservation, contact the hotel no less than 10 days in advance. Cancellations within 10 days of a reservation will incur a cancellation fee.

Guests are allowed to share beds with up to two young children (12 or under).
No additional charges apply for such children.
